Tripoli Workshop

On 23 of May 2015, LFPCP has gathered around 40 young activists from Tripoli in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the city of Tripoli. LFPCP started by introducing the project’s concept and objectives in order to open a discussion concerning Tripoli’s problems and needs. Tripoli’s main political parties and NGOs were represented in the meeting. Then a discussion took place highlighting the main needs of the Tripoli youth. After the discussion, the participants filled a small template, mentioning their age, gender and their first need in their city. These templates were prepared by LFPCP in order to do the need analysis study to detect the main needs and make sure the advocacy campaigns target the principal sectors. At the last session the participants were divided into group work to brain storm together in order to come up with common plans and advocacy campaigns.
